Our visiting artist program puts a professional, practicing artist right in your classroom. Each student will have the opportunity to complete one art piece based around traditional art foundations and skills. All supplies are provided and we will ensure each project is completed fully before students take them home.
Some lessons do require extra drying or a finishing stage that will need to completed back at the ASH Fine Arts studio. An example of this would be ceramics and the firing process, these finishing stages will affect when students take home their project so please be sure to note the "ETA of Completion" info listed with each of the lesson types. If a project requires drying time, the classroom will need enough counter space, about 2”x4", or a drying rack to house the projects as they dry. Rates are for an all inclusive lesson with a limit of 30 kids pre classroom. Pricing and lesson length varies slightly with the type of art you are looking to, here are you options:
*Gather the idea/s your most excited for and email me at ashfinearts.com to discuss what options will be most successful for your class or school.
The Policies and Requirements of ASH Fine Arts can be found at the bottom of this page, please review them in full prior to registration.

This would be the same set up as the Visiting Artist program but with each student making a component piece that we will put together to create one large art piece that is then hung in the school for years to come.
By Classroom (max of 30 students): $450 per classroom for a 45min lesson for one classroom of students at a time. Multiple classrooms, one grade level, can collaborate on the same legacy project but complete portion separately in their own classroom. Depending on materials and complexity, the final project will be between 36'“x36” and 40”x60”.
By Grade Level (90-120 students): $650 per grade level for a 45min lesson for a full grade level to create that lesson at one time. This large of a class would require the use of a multi purpose room or large space with enough tables/ charis or lunch tables for all the artists. Depending on materials and complexity, the the final project will be between 36'“x36” and 40”x60”.
School Wide: $3,600 per class for the entire school to collaborate on one very large project. Each grade would meet in the multi purpose room to complete their part of the project and we would put all of the components together at the end so it is ready to be hung in the school for permanent display. Depending on materials and complexity, the final project will be between 40”x60” and 120”x 40”.
Examples of past projects done:
I ask all students do there best to exemplify respect and personal behavior management. If your young artists is working on this, has difficulty sitting for 60-mins or working on building their listening skills this may not be the right time for them to take group classes.
Prior to leaving class I require young students to be physically signed out on the roll sheet. If you wish to forgo signing out your student and prefer I release them to leave on their own then please select to “release without signature” when filling out their information sheet. I will not leave knowing a student has not been picked up, with or without a sign out.
Please always be sure your artist wares appropriate clothing to art class, something that is ok potentially getting stained. If this is a concern I suggest keeping a designated “art shirt” in the car they can put on before class.
Please email me at ashfinearts@gmail.com if you have questions or would like to make a special request.

Students are to respect the teacher, materials, others, and most of all themselvs. A positive attitude is recommended.
Be patient, learning takes time and every student will progress at their own appropriate speed. Remember, it takes 10,000 hours to become a master at one skill.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone. Please know that I do not accept everyone as a student. Our personalities will need to be compatible and we must have a similar understanding of goals and expectations. Focus is a big factor for acceptance. If the student has trouble maintaining focus for 30- 60 mins, then perhaps, the time may not be right for them. Learning takes courage and drive.
If they’re are any physical or emotional issues, such as self-confidence, depression, ADD, OCD, or neurodiversity, that may hinder you or your student in realizing art goals please share them with me if you feel comfortable, it helps me teach each individual the best way they learn. Please also let me know if you or your student have any dangerous allergies so I can be sure to keep everyone safe.
Please note that on occasion art can make religious connections, and contain nudity. Please understand these topics are treated with respect and maturity in the fine art community and you/ your student will be asked to do the same.
